I did a little happy dance this morning when I saw the sun shining through the blinds. Hallelujah! We had a fun weekend with our friend Julie. She lives in Waco but was in town celebrating her birthday. We got a sitter (thanks Mom and Dad P.) and had a night out on the town. Well, we really just went to dinner at Cheesecake Factory, but that's as wild and crazy as I get these days. When you are a mother of a one year old, just going out to dinner (without the one year old) is a wonderful thing. Julie and I were roommates in Boston for a few years and Steve and Julie lead a faith group together in the early days of our church in Boston. We love Julie! She is headed to northern Uganda in August to help build an orphanage.
