January Happenings

This month is flying by! We started the year off with a visit from Steve's sister Leah, her husband Matt and their five kids. Yes, I said FIVE! They live in Indiana. All 10 cousins had a great time running around, playing and being crazy together. Wesley was probably the craziest of them all...he was beside himself with so many "big kids" around. He just ran around screaming. The noise level at Steve's parents house was unbelievable. God bless them!

This weekend we went to Waco for the day to hear our former pastor from Boston speak at a conference. It was great to see Sean again and the Richmond gang! We love you guys! Oh, and thanks Crenshaw's for the delicious lunch and celebration (happy birthday Craig!). It was a fun day.

Nana was here for her birthday on Monday and we had a great time celebrating and rearranging the playroom...not sure how much fun that was for everyone, but I'm definitely enjoying the end result. Nana and Papa brought Wesley the wagon they gave him for Christmas that was too big to fit in our car on the ride home. I think he was excited to see it again and Papa gave him several rides around the house and outside. Couldn't stay outside for too long though because it's been so dang cold!

Of course, the highlight of the month has been watching the Patriots win #17 and #18. There's no way they are going to come this far and not win the Super Bowl. It's just meant to be.

Little Man Wes is doing well. We are going to a Parent/Tot tumbling class every Wednesday morning. Today was our first day and he absolutely LOVED it! His new thing is jumping which he really can't do, but pretends like he can. He throws his head back and bends his legs and then straightens them really fast. The feet don't get off the ground, but that's okay. It's really cute to watch. He jumped and ran around the gym floor and crawled through the obstacle course with abandon this morning. It must have really wiped him out....he's been asleep for the last 3 hours. Hooray for tumbling class! :)

Tracy,
I am sad we didn't get to see you guys. Why don't you think about a visit to Boston soon! :)

T-rae,

Craig says thank you for the bday gift card. (I'll enjoy using it! jk!)

Also, Craig really thought Wes signed his name! How funny?!

What a cute boy! Next time you will have to take your camera to your tumbling class and post some pictures.

Pretty soon he'll have a little brother to jump ON--watch out, Mom!
